How to take Impact Whey Protein

Impact Whey protein is fast absorbing and therefore ideal to consume post workout. It can be consumed with water or milk as a delicious protein shake, or combined in your favourite smoothie.

Suggested Use

Add 150-250ml of water or milk into a shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 25g of Impact Whey Protein, shake and consume. Use 2-3 times daily.
